What This Dashboard Shows
The Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your leads, performance metrics, and AI automation status. All data is pulled live from your database.
Stat Cards (Top Row)
- Total Leads: All active leads in your system (not deleted)
- New This Week: Leads created in the last 7 days
- In Progress: Leads with status: New, Contacted, Qualified, Follow-up, etc.
- Converted: Leads marked as Converted, Won, Customer, or Closed-Won
Weekly Performance
Compares this week vs last week for key metrics:
- Leads: New leads acquired
- Conversions: Leads that converted to customers
- Calls Made: Total phone calls logged
- Response Rate: Percentage of leads that converted
Green arrow = improvement | Red arrow = decline
Charts
- Leads Over Time: 30-day trend showing lead acquisition patterns
- Lead Sources: Pie chart showing distribution by source (Facebook, Google, etc.)
AI Autonomous System
Shows what your AI is doing to optimize campaigns automatically:
- Campaigns Monitored: Total active campaigns being tracked
- Decisions This Week: AI recommendations made in last 7 days
- Budget Optimized: Total money saved or reallocated by AI
- ROI Improvement: Average return on investment improvement from AI decisions
- Recent Decisions: List of latest AI recommendations with status (Pending, Approved, Executed, Rejected)
Recent Leads & Appointments
- Recent Leads: Last 10 leads sorted by creation date
- Upcoming Appointments: Next 10 scheduled calendar events
Data Refresh
Dashboard data loads automatically when you open the page. To refresh, simply reload the page (F5 or Cmd+R).
